Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (the Buyer) and us (the Seller), Lusi Travel, for purchases made via the E-shop at www.lusitravel.eu. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All information regarding the processing of your personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

  • Guide – The digital product (PDF format) available for purchase via the E-shop.

  • Goods – All items available for purchase (currently the Guide).

  • Price – The amount payable for the Goods.

  • Total Price – The final amount, including VAT and any applicable fees.

  • Order – Your binding request to purchase the Goods.

  • Agreement – The contract formed when we confirm your Order by email.

  • E-shop – The online store at www.lusitravel.eu.

  • We/Us – Lusi Travel, CVR 44362988, Lykkesholms Allé 2C, 3th, Frederiksberg, Denmark.

  • You – The customer (Buyer).

2. How to Purchase

Purchases can be made via the E-shop by selecting the Guide, providing your details, and completing payment via Stripe or bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.

3. Agreement Formation

  • The Agreement is concluded when you receive an email confirmation of your Order from us.

  • By submitting your Order, you consent to communication via email.

  • The Agreement is governed by English-language terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices shown in the E-shop include VAT.

  • Payment is required before delivery and can be made via:

    • Bank transfer – payable within 5 days (details provided in Order confirmation).

    • Credit card – via Stripe (subject to Stripe’s terms).

You will receive an invoice by email once payment is completed.

Please note: Purchasing the Guide gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. Sharing, copying, or redistributing the Guide in any form is prohibited.

5. Delivery

  • The Guide will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided, usually immediately after payment.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 days. If delayed, we will notify you.

6. Product Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that the Guide:

  • Matches the description on our site.

  • Is delivered in working, readable format.

  • Is suitable for personal travel planning in Copenhagen.

If the file is damaged or inaccessible, we will provide a new copy.

Please note: We are not responsible for the quality or availability of third-party services (e.g., restaurants or attractions) mentioned in the Guide, as we are not their providers.

7. Refunds and Complaints

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund:

  • Email us at lusitravelagency@gmail.com with your name, order details, and reason for your request.

  • Include your bank account number for the refund.

  • We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving your request.

Note: Refunds will not be granted if the Guide has already been downloaded.

8. Feedback and Complaints

You can send feedback or complaints to lusitravelagency@gmail.com. We will respond within 10 days.

9. Final Provisions

  • We communicate by email. You’ll receive confirmation of your Order and a copy of these Terms by email.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply only to future purchases.
